United StatesThis is a great idea and I bought the starter pack and a refill for my first order. I mean what can go wrong? The coffee is terrific, no problem there. On our first trip out, the packets melted as expected. The second trip out was different. The packets did not melt completely and remained in a glob at the bottom of the cup. Stirred it vigorously, scraped, smashed, etc. Unfortunately this was the case for the rest of our camping trip. So I think Stirz needs to go back to R&D and fix this problem or they are going to lose customers. Again, the quality of the coffee is excellent but the delivery system is at the very least inconsistent and disappointing.
