Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with stirzbrands.com. We hope you enjoy your purchase but in the event you are not satisfied, please read over our return policy below, then visit the EZ Returns section at the bottom of this page and follow the instructions before sending your items back to us.
- Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of purchase
- Return form must be submitted and approved before sending your items back.
- STIRZ Brands™ reserves the right to refuse a return/refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, or misuse.
- STIRZ Brands™ is not responsible for lost returns with outside shippers.
- Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- All Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Exchanges will be sent within 7 business days of receiving your returned product(s), following inspection and approval.
PROCEDURE TO RETURN A PRODUCT
When requesting a return, customers are required to provide the following information.
- Email address used to place the order
- Order Number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Images of packaging and/or product along with an indication of what the issue is.
- Reason for return (choose from the following list):
Damaged* - the shipping box or packaging shows visible signs of damage, likely incurred during transit and, as a result, the products within have sustained damage.
Manufacturer Defect* - the box or packaging appears fine, but the product within is not working as intended, is missing items, or is damaged.
Received incorrect item* - the product(s) received are not the same products listed in the order.
- Changed your mind** - If you change your mind for any reason, such as needing a different product.
*Approved requests will receive a pre-paid shipping label and restocking fees will be waived.
**Customers are responsible for paying the cost for return shipping fee if returned for “changed mind”.
All approved requests for return must be shipped to the address which will be provided to you with the Return Authorization and include the RA number provided with your approved request clearly and securely fixed on the outside of your package.
Any returns received without following the stated Return Policy will be rejected and returned to sender, and no refund will be issued. This includes no RA# on the outside packaging.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
After your request for return has been approved, and the returned product has been received, inspected and restocked, customers can expect to receive the requested exchanged item within 7 business days.
Refunds are rarely granted by STIRZ Brands™ management, however if you are approved for a refund, the amount of the approved refund will be applied to your original form of payment and may take up to 14 days after the refund is submitted to the original payment processor.
When returning product for exchange due to a "change of mind", there will be a restocking fee of $15.00 per return request.
All STIRZ Brands™ products carry a (30) day guarantee against manufacturer’s defects. The (30) day guarantee period starts from the date the client purchased the product. If you experience an issue within this time period please contact our Support Team. Any requests for return due to defects outside this time period will be denied.
STIRZ Brands™ reserves the right to deny a return request on product that shows any sign of damage not resulting from manufacturing defect. This applies to accidental, malicious or other use related damage. Examples of this, which are not limited to, are as follows:
- Incorrect product
- Broken or damaged packaging
- Broken pouches
PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS AND BUNDLED ITEMS
All sales are final on all products sold during a liquidation or clearance event.
